The National Examination: Pro vs. Contra

The National Examination is a program of Ministry of Education and Culture in order to control and evaluate education in Indonesia. But this program between pro and contra. On one side is considered the national exam can be used as an indicator of graduation and mapping education in Indonesia, but on the other hand the national exam assessed spend state money because each year a fund of 600 billion spent on improving the quality of education, even a lot of fraud conducted by National Examination participant.

I personally disagree with this program, government should find other method to evaluate and increase education quality in Indonesia.
